Some homes do not need rebuilding. The plan works, the light is good, and what is missing is everything that turns a well-built house into somewhere that feels inhabited.
This is the service for that. We work with the rooms as they stand and choose what goes in them: furniture, lighting, rugs, textiles, art placement, the objects you already own and want to keep. Where nothing fits, we design it, which in a UAE home is usually joinery, a headboard wall, a majlis seating run or a dining table at a length nobody sells.
It is the shortest way to a home that feels like yours, and often the right first step if you are not ready for a larger project.

Do you work with what we own?
Yes, and we would rather keep a piece with meaning than replace it with something that matches better.
Do you charge a markup on furniture?
No. We add no markup to furniture. You pay the supplier's price, and our sourcing and procurement is a separate service with a fixed fee agreed before we start, so what we recommend is never tied to what you spend.
