From complete homes to considered transformations.

Every home arrives with a different question. Some are empty and waiting. Some have been lived in for ten years and no longer fit. Some need one room to work properly before the rest makes sense. What follows is how we answer each of those.

We work two ways, and the right one depends on how involved you want to be.

Design only. We take the home from first conversation to a documented design: layouts, materials, lighting, furniture, joinery drawings. You appoint your own contractor and we hand them a design complete enough to build from. Choose this if you already have a builder you trust.

Design and build. We design the home and carry it through construction, with one contract and one team answerable for the result. You approve the design, then you approve the finished rooms, and the coordination in between is ours. Choose this if you would rather not manage a site.

Both begin the same way, with the same conversation about how you live.

Questions before you choose

Which service do I need? If the house is empty or you are taking it back to the shell, start with Villa or Apartment. If the house works but no longer suits you, start with Renovation. If the layout is right and the rooms feel unfinished, start with Furnishing.

Can I start with design and decide about building later? Yes, and many clients do. The design stage stands on its own and you own what we produce.

Do you work outside Dubai? We work across Dubai and Sharjah, and take selected projects in Abu Dhabi. We also design projects abroad, such as a family apartment in Istanbul, with drawings complete enough for a local team to build from.
