A commercial space is someone’s working day and someone else’s first impression. We design clinics, salons and boutiques the way we design homes: we begin with the people. Who works here, how they move between tasks, what a client should feel from the door to the chair, and what has to stay calm, clean and easy to maintain.
The result is a space that works hard and still feels considered: a reception that sets the tone, treatment or service areas planned around the work, storage built in where it is needed, and lighting, materials and furniture that hold up to daily use. We work design only, with drawings and specifications your contractor can build from, or carry the project through construction in the UAE.

Do you design clinics?
Yes. We plan clinics around how the practitioner and the patients move: reception, waiting, treatment rooms and storage. Specialist equipment and authority approvals stay with your suppliers and consultant, and we coordinate our design with them.
Can you work on a space that is already open?
Yes. Where possible we plan the work in phases, so the areas being renovated are kept apart from the areas still in use.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. We design projects abroad, such as a family apartment in Istanbul, with drawings and specifications complete enough for a local team to build from.
