Tohfa Design LLC runs tohfa.ae. This notice explains what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Tohfa Design LLC, an interior architecture and design studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything about your details, write to sales@tohfa.ae or call +971 50 636 3955.

What we collect

  • What you send through Start a Project: your name, contact details, the project location and type, your message, and any file you attach.
  • What you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
  • How the site is used: the pages visited, the type of device and browser, the approximate city, and whether you contacted us. This comes from Google Analytics, which uses cookies. The last part of your IP address is removed before it is stored.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project.
  • To understand which pages help visitors, and whether our advertising reaches the right people.

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

  • Our hosting provider, which stores the website and the enquiries sent through it.
  • Google, for analytics and, when we advertise, to measure which adverts led to an enquiry.
  • Meta, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp.
  • Contractors and suppliers on your project, only what they need, and only once you are our client.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records: as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records. Analytics data: up to 14 months.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales@tohfa.ae. We reply within 30 days. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.

Our designs

The designs and visualisations on this site are Tohfa’s work. Please ask before using them anywhere else.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
